All CX-70 trims are powered by a 3.3-liter turbocharged inline-six engine, which is paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission and standard i-ACTIV all-wheel drive. The 3.3 Turbo Preferred, Premium, and Premium Plus trims produce 280 horsepower and 332 pound-feet of torque, delivering smooth and efficient performance for daily driving. The Turbo S Premium and Turbo S Premium Plus trims feature an enhanced version of the same engine, generating 340 horsepower and 369 pound-feet of torque. This advanced engine technology ensures responsive acceleration and refined handling across the lineup.

The Mazda CX-70 excels in both performance and capability. The Turbo S models achieve a 0 to 60 mph time of 6.2 seconds and a top speed of 129 mph. Kinematic Posture Control, standard across all trims, improves cornering stability and reduces body roll for a smoother ride. For towing, the high-output Turbo S engine allows a maximum capacity of 5,000 pounds, making it a versatile option for those with active lifestyles. With 39.6 cubic feet of cargo space behind the second row, expanding to 75.3 cubic feet with rear seats folded, there's plenty of room for shopping and gear. Front passengers enjoy 41.7 inches of legroom, while rear passengers get 39.4 inches. Depending on the trim, front headroom measures up to 39.7 inches, with up to 39.3 inches for second-row passengers.
